Philosophy

My Philosophy is that Nutrition does not have to be complicated. Everyone can develop a way of eating that fits within their lifestyle and allows them to achieve and maintain their nutrition goals forever. The educational component of nutrition is important, however the missing link that most nutrition programs do not address is the emotional aspect of eating.

It is our habits that determine our outcomes. Whether your personal goal is weight loss, eating healthier, feeling better, training for an athletic event, addressing food allergies or managing an eating disorder the key to life long success is how we think about food and how we use food.

My goal is to support you in creating a individualized healthy way of eating that works for your lifestyle. There is no magic wand or magic pill that will give you the answers. The secret to life long success is awareness, encouragement, and support so you make the "right" choices for you.
